          Oxygen Rich Membrane

          The main constituent of the air is oxygen and nitrogen, they exist respectively in molecular state, using the air permeability of membrane components at different speed, under the pressure of the drive, the oxygen in the air through the nutrient rich membrane, membrane separation can be obtained after the oxygen enriched air, oxygen content of up to 27~45%.

               Oxygen enriched membrane separation technologies currently used in glass kiln, cement kiln, ceramic kiln, industrial boiler, heating furnace, smelting furnace, oxidation, biological fermentation, agricultural products storage, automotive diesel engine, fuel cell, health care, and oxygen enriched air conditioning.

               Advantages of oxygen rich combustion by membrane method:

          •    Speed up combustion and promote complete combustion.
          •    Reduce ignition temperature and burnout temperature of fuel.
          •    Reduce the amount of exhaust after combustion.

          •    Glass kiln can save energy 6-18%, increase production 3-15%;
