          Herbal Tea Purification

           The concentrated traditional process in herbal tea production process has the following characteristics, such as membrane evaporation and high evaporation cost, and the process will destroy liquid compositions and affect the yield, and the process flow as shown in the following figure:

               

           According to the characteristics of complex components of herbal tea and high flavor demand, the ceramic membrane filtration and nanofiltration concentration membrane process are used to replace membrane evaporation process, and firstly, as the pretreatment process of nanofiltration concentration, the ceramic membrane filtration technology removes colloid, macromolecular protein, fiber and other impurities, and retains most of the active ingredients in the leaching solution. The filtrate enters coil nanofiltration membrane concentration process, which can improve the concentration and yield of concentrated juice, and when it tries to keep the original flavor of herbal tea, it can reduce more than 50% of the concentrated energy costs. The process flow is shown in the following figure:
